Our campaigns

Our campaigns are not restricted to general and local elections. It is a feature of the Liberal Democrats that we campaign all year round.

In our target wards, our councillors and activists deliver regular Focus leaflets to inform residents of the work we are doing.

This includes campaigning for more school places, road and pavement repairs, new cycle paths, more sustainable housing and better local transport.

We conduct surveys to get the views of residents, organise petitions on controversial issues and make strong representations to unitary and parish councils.

And when there is a local by-election anywhere in the county, we support our candidates by delivering leaflets, canvassing, collecting valuable data and getting people out to vote on polling day.
